Bespoke Solid Surface
Worktops & Installation

Hi, I'm Premo.
I've been involved in solid surface projects, both commercial and residential, end-to-end for over 20 years. I've built plenty of experience in the templating, fabrication, and installation process. I personally look after your project from the initial survey right through to the final joint.
Over the years, I've specialised in worktops, sinks and vanity units for kitchens and bathrooms in residential projects. In commercial projects, I've worked on bespoke designs for offices, shops, and more. Have a look at my portfolio below and let me know which one you like the most, or whether a particular design is inspiring you for your own project.
I'm based in Buckinghamshire, but I operate in many other areas, such as Surrey, Berkshire, Oxfordshire, and Hertfordshire.
London: Weybridge, Cobham, Oxshott, Walton-on-Thames, Richmond, Twickenham, Kingston upon Thames, Wandsworth, Battersea, Clapham Common, Tooting Broadway, Norwood, Streatham, Beckenham, and Chislehurst.
Portfolio
Corian, HI-MACS & Hanex
I work exclusively with trusted, certified solid surface acrylics. Corian is my flagship material, chosen for its unparalleled heritage, finish quality, and colour depth.
For projects requiring the same seamless finish and durability with a stronger focus on value for money, I also frequently fabricate with HI-MACS and Hanex.

Corian
The industry benchmark. The original solid surface known for unrivalled thermal formability, extensive colour options, and long-term durability.

HI-MACS
Advanced acrylic stone composed of minerals, acrylic, and natural pigments. Exceptionally resilient, hygienic, and cost-effective.

Hanex
Premium 100% acrylic solid surface offering high impact resistance, simple maintenance, and an attractive price point for both domestic and commercial schemes.
One Project. One Point of Contact.
Done properly from start to finish.
In our trade, jobs usually get passed around between different subcontractors. One company sends a surveyor, another cuts the sheet in a factory, and an unfamiliar fitting crew turns up on the day. If a wall isn't straight or a joint looks awkward, everyone points fingers at each other.
I prefer to do the opposite. I handle the survey and templating myself, I fabricate your worktops by hand in the workshop, and I come to your home or site to fit them myself.
That way, the person who measured your room is the same person who made the pieces and the one who fits them. No lost details, no excuses.
“When a client asks who actually does the work on their project, the answer is simple: I do the survey, I fabricate it, and I turn up to install it.”
The Site Survey
I visit your site to check building access, walls, levels, and cabinetry. A good survey is about spotting potential issues before any material is cut.
Templating
I perform the templating on site, paying close attention to getting it right before anything is cut.
Workshop Fabrication
I fabricate your worktops by hand in the workshop. For larger commercial projects, I partner with contractors I've worked with for years if extra capacity is needed.
On-Site Fitting
I install the worktops myself. Seamless jointing, undermounted sinks, and leaving your home or commercial site tidy and ready to use.
Where I Work
I am based near High Wycombe and work regularly across Buckinghamshire, Berkshire, Oxfordshire, Surrey, Hertfordshire, and Greater London. For larger commercial contracts, I also take on projects across Southern and Central England.
The ReSurface Initiative
ReThink · RePurpose · ReSurface
Repurposing valuable solid surface material before it becomes waste
Fabricating solid surface worktops generates a huge amount of usable offcuts — sheet ends from nesting, surplus stock from commercial fit-outs, and over-ordered material. In many workshops, this valuable material either sits on racks for years or ends up in the skip.
Traditional recycling usually means shredding or downcycling material into lower-grade aggregate. But I asked a simpler question: can we make another valuable product from the material before destroying its structure?
That's the idea behind ReSurface. I am building a network with UK fabricators and distributors to take this surplus and turn it into new products, starting with thermoformed bathroom basins and matching sills.
“If a valuable material can be repurposed, it should not need to be recycled or sent to landfill.”
Collect the Remnants
I work with participating UK fabricators to record and collect usable offcuts, nesting surplus, and over-ordered sheets before they get skipped.
Thermoform New Products
Instead of crushing or shredding the acrylic, I heat and vacuum-form it directly into new, high-value bathroom basins and window sills.
Attach the Provenance
Every finished piece comes with a physical record showing where the material was recovered from and how many kilograms of waste were prevented.
Material Provenance
Rather than hiding the fact that a basin was made from surplus material, every ReSurface product carries an identity record showing its origin, colour batch, and the exact weight of pristine acrylic diverted from disposal.
For architects, interior designers, and commercial contractors, this gives each piece a genuine, traceable circularity story.
